1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bat993 platform — whether through the website at bat993.com or the bat993 Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and bat993.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account, make a deposit or place any bets on bat993. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bat993, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3. Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one bat993 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or any other shared identifier — is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat993 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. bat993 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bat993 support immediately. bat993 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a verified report of unauthorised access.

Accurate Information

All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. This includes your name, date of birth, address and payment details. Providing false information at any stage — including during payment verification — is a serious breach and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

4. Betting Rules

Market Settlement

All bets on bat993 are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body — for cricket and PSL this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable. For football, results are determined by the governing body of the relevant competition. bat993 reserves the right to use its own settlement rules in the event of a dispute or ambiguity in the official result.

Void Bets

A bet placed on bat993 may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The market was suspended or closed before the bet was accepted, but the bet was still registered due to a technical error.
• The event was cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement window defined by bat993.
• A clear and obvious pricing error existed at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your bat993 PKR balance in full. Void bets within an accumulator are treated as non-runners — the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds.

In-Play Betting

In-play markets on bat993 update continuously during live cricket, PSL T20 matches, football fixtures and esports events. bat993 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event — for example, during a wicket falling, a goal being scored, or a timeout. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. bat993 is not responsible for delays between the live action and the odds displayed on screen.

Maximum Payout

bat993 applies a maximum single-event payout limit. This limit is displayed in the bet slip before you confirm your wager. Bets that exceed the maximum payout will be accepted, but winnings will be capped at the stated limit. This applies to all bet types including singles, accumulators and system bets across cricket, football, slots and all other available markets.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Deposit Methods

bat993 accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, standard bank transfer, and debit or credit cards where supported. All deposits must come from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Processing Times

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your bat993 balance within a few minutes. Raast transfers are usually near-instant. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. 10. Limitation of Liability

bat993 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While bat993 takes reasonable steps to maintain uptime and reliability — particularly during major cricket and PSL fixtures — the platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. bat993 will not be liable for:

• Loss of bets or inability to place bets due to platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on the user's side, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds that were corrected before bet acceptance, or that were clearly erroneous at the time of placement.
• Losses arising from the user's failure to read and understand the betting rules applicable to a specific market.
• Indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind arising from use of the bat993 platform.

bat993's total liability to any user in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

bat993 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bat993.com/privacy-policy. By registering on bat993, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Raising a Dispute

If you wish to formally dispute a bet settlement, a transaction or an account decision, you must raise the dispute within seven calendar days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window may not be accepted. To raise a dispute, contact support via live chat and provide the following information:

• The date and time of the bet or transaction in question
• The market or event name (e.g., PSL match, slot game title)
• A clear description of the issue and the outcome you believe is correct
